Alpha Wave Isochronic Petatonic 3min Meditation

I played this meditation song during the Open Mic at the Bleeding Carrot last Friday.

It is an isochronic beat meditation track, for alpha-wave introspective meditation. notes are between 2-5khz. mostly uses petatonic melody, but has 31-tet for bridge. It is structured like a  pop song, verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus. programmed in Chuck Programming Language, spliced together with sox, scripted with bash.

Disclaimer, as with all Alpha, Theta, Delta and Sigma meditations, do not listen to the tracks while driving or operating heavy machinery.

Other than the song, I also talked about the benefits of meditation, emotional-regulation and neutral-spine or good posture, which was one of the themes of the evening — one of my new acquaintances John Farmer, sang a song where the chorus was about bad posture.
People liked the meditation I gave at the open mic, some even personally thanked me, which was heartening.

About Logan

Hi, I'm currently working on Speakable Programming for Every Language (SPEL), to allow humanity to collagorate together in creating a General-Intelligence Operating-System (GI-OS), which can eventually aid in giving robots support for human reincarnation, thus allowing us to colonize the other planets in our solar system and the cosmos. Meanwhile I am authoring sci-fi stories to help share my vision of the future, and teaching meditation and quantum animism to provide a belief system and set of practices compatible with the oncoming future. Stories regarding my blog content have been covered in the Daily Mail, Business Insider and Technocracy News. Thank you all for helping spreading the word.
