Becoming a Professional Life Coach, Chapter 1: Listening as a Coach

Reading up on life coaching to enhance ability to empower people’s joyful living.

In summary first chapter states that the majority of coaching is listening, which comes in three flavours, active listening, listening for (vision, values, commitment and purpose) and listening with by relating only those experiences and lessons which will directly benefit the “client”/person.

Also while listening, taking note of the person’s focus, attitude, abilities, habits and energy.

It also mentions to avoid listening for problems and solutions or offer extensive advice, since the point is to repeat back to the client what they have said about their inspiration and desire, while helping them generate new possibilities for manifestation.

I wish to make GI-OS (General Intelligence Operating System) to be somewhat of a life-coach, helping homo-sapiens become better humans.

About Logan

Hi, I'm currently working on Speakable Programming for Every Language (SPEL), to allow humanity to collagorate together in creating a General-Intelligence Operating-System (GI-OS), which can eventually aid in giving robots support for human reincarnation, thus allowing us to colonize the other planets in our solar system and the cosmos. Meanwhile I am authoring sci-fi stories to help share my vision of the future, and teaching meditation and quantum animism to provide a belief system and set of practices compatible with the oncoming future. Stories regarding my blog content have been covered in the Daily Mail, Business Insider and Technocracy News. Thank you all for helping spreading the word.
